We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Permanent Quality Engineer to join our rapidly growing team in the Engineering industryIn this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving product quality while working in a fast-paced and challenging environmentYou will be working closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet and exceed the highest levels of quality standardsThis is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in quality control, statistical analysis, and root cause analysis to contribute to our ongoing success.
Responsibilities:
1Develop and implement quality control systems and measures to ensure product compliance with industry standards.2Conduct root cause analysis to identify, investigate, and resolve quality-related issues.3Utilize statistical analysis tools to monitor, control, and improve product quality.4Lead APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) processes, including planning and managing product development processes.5Prepare and maintain PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation.6Ensure compliance with IATF (International Automotive Task Force) standards and guidelines.7Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.8Implement SPC (Statistical Process Control) methods to optimize manufacturing processes.9Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.10Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.11Provide technical guidance and training to the quality control team.12Report on quality metrics and performance to management.
Qualifications:
1Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.2Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality engineering role in the engineering industry.3Proficient in APQP, IATF, PPAP, Quality Control, Root Cause Analysis, Statistical Analysis, SPC, and Data Analysis.4Strong understanding of quality control standards and methodologies.5Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to perform root cause analysis.6Proficient in statistical analysis and data interpretation.7Demonstrated experience in implementing SPC methods.8Strong communication and interpersonal skills.9Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.10Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.11Proficient in using quality control software and tools.12Certification in Quality Engineering or a related field is a plus.Interested in hearing more?
